Returns & Refunds Policy – Celestie Jewelry

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

Damages and Issues

If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error, Celestie Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
