Processing & Handling Time
Orders placed before 2:00pm may begin processing the same business day.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
Please note: Custom jewellery items, including pieces with personalised names or personalised images embedded into the jewellery, may require additional preparation time. In some cases, these items may take slightly longer to process before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes
For standard jewellery pieces, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier.
For customised jewellery items, including pieces with personalised names or images embedded into the jewellery, delivery may take longer and can take up to 14 working days.
Delivery times may vary for remote locations or due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping is free on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are available through the carrier’s tracking system.
